HOW YBM WORKS
We offer an intimate omakase experience for up to 10 guests, bringing the art of yakitori directly to your home. Enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu of skewered specialties and other delicacies, all while immersing yourself in the rich tastes, sounds, and aromas of traditional yakitori. This bespoke omakase journey infuses the essence of Japan into your home, crafting a unique and unforgettable dining experience.
Due to the emissions produced by Binchotan charcoal, indoor grilling is not possible. However in extreme cases of unfavourable weather, we may relocate the dining indoors while continuing to grill the food outside.
INITIAL CONSULT
Prior to booking and confirmation, we will arrange a brief video call to scout your outdoor and kitchen space and discuss event logistics. This typically takes no more than 10 minutes.
EVENT SCHEDULE
Setup: 2 hours prior to service
Dining experience: 2.5 hours
Pack-down and cleanup: 1 hour post service
Total time required: Approximately 5.5 hours
Note: After the event, any remaining live charcoal will be left in the host’s charcoal BBQ or extinguished using sheet trays. We will leave the kitchen in the same condition as prior to arrival.
